250 metres from Plaza Nueva (city centre) in a street typical of the
Albaicín. In only 10 minutes you can walk to the majority of
the most interesting places in Granada, including the Cathedral, the
Alhambra, Plaza Bib Rambla, the plazas in the Albaicín etc.

(a very spacious room) Contains double sofa-bed (2 people),
another sofa, table and chairs, TV. Kitchen with gas hob, refrigerator,
washing machine, normal kitchen utensils.
1 Bedroom:
Double Bed (2 people), wardrobe.
1 Dormitorio:
2 single beds (2 people), wardrobe.
1 Bathroom: WC,
shower, hand basin.
Hot water.
Parking:
Undergroung parking 7 minutes walk away. The price of parking is 12
euros per night. This may seem expensive but it is easy to find, secure
and close to the apartment.
