Introduction:

Very pleasant apartment in the centre of Granada.

This apartment is perfect for a couple. This area of Granada has a romantic feel to it with the cobbled streets, geranium filled balconies and the everpresent backdrop provided by the Alhambra. The house was recently completely rebuilt, it has a lift and is decorated in the modern rustic style with wooden doors and rustic floor tiles.

Location:

500m from Plaza Nueva (the very centre of Granada), the cathedral, plaza Bib Rambla, etc. It takes about 10 minutes to the entrance of the Alhambra on foot. Paseo de los tristes is about 90 metres.

Facilities:

The apartment has:

Lounge/Kitchen:
 4 electric hobs, sink, extractor, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, knives and forks, washing machine, oven. (note: there are very few apartments with ovens in Granada) Air-conditioning.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with WC, shower, wash basin. Hot water.

1 bedroom:
2 singles beds, bedside table, fitted wardrobes.

1 bedroom:
2 singles beds. One of the beds is under the other bed and pulls out when in use. ( a nest of beds) , this type of bed is more comfortable than a sofa bed. This bedroom is fairly small.

Terraza:
There is an small terraza with enough room for 4 people. It has views of the Alhambra. It is normally possible to sit outside during the day even in January and February.

Heating:
There is underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat, which give an even heat in all areas.

Parking:
The apartment does not have it's own parking. It is normally possible to park in the street in the Cuesta Victoria or the Cuesta Chapiz less than 1 minutes walk away. If you don't want to leave your car in the street there is a public underground car park about 1km away and the price is 25 euros per week. There are nearer parking places but the price is 30 euros per day. We provide exact printable instructions for both parking options.
