All apartments have a good quality comfortable sofa bed.

This is the outside of the Limón apartment.
All the decoration in the apartments is in a rustic style
with stone tiles, wooden beams etc.
In Spain all windows have iron bars ("rejas").
Years ago, in more strict times, a way to court a girl
was to befriend her through the "rejas" of her house.

All rooms have a well equipped kitchen.

The bathrooms have a bath or shower
with 24 hour hot water included in the price.
The Olivo apartment has a shower with wheelchair access.

Sheets, towels and blankets are included in the price.

Introduction:

The apartments are in a large Andalucian house in the Albaicín (the old arabic part of Granada). All apartments have their own well equiped kitchen, bedroom/s, bathroom, air-conditioning, etc. There is parking inside the building (see note below). One apartment is designed for wheel chair access with wide doors etc.

Location:

The house is in the Albaicín (the old Arabic part of Granada). The Albaicín is an area known for its typical whitewashed houses, cobblestoned streets, geranium filled balconies and general romantic atmosphere.

There is a minibus every 15 minutes which will take you to the centre of Granada (nºs 31 and 32) and also to the Alhambra (nº 32). There are plenty of restaurants and bars with open air terraces in the area.

How to choose your apartment:
All the apartments are of the same high quality. There are 3 types of apartment: with 1 double or twin bedroom; with 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom; and also with 2 twin bedrooms.

Facilities which ALL apartments have:

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, sink, electric hobs, fridge, extractor fan, coffee maker. All kitchen utensils such as cutlery, cooking equipment, pots and pans etc.

Bathroom:
The bathrooms have a WC, bath/shower, wash basin. Some of them have a bidet. Towels and sheets are provided.

Lounge/dining area:
Sofa, armchairs, dining table, dining chairs, some of them have a fireplace.

Bedroom/s:
There are 3 types of apartment: with 1 double or twin bedroom; with 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom; and also with 2 twin bedrooms. They all have wardrobes with ample space for storing clothes etc.

24 hour ADSL (wide band) internet connection:
All apartments have an internet socket where you can plug in a laptop and connect to the internet. If you use your own laptop and you have win 95 or better and a network installed you can configure the connection entering the IP address and the IP of the router.

Arrival time: The official arrival time is between 14:00 and 20:00

Cancelation: Please see cancellation policy below. Please take out adequate travel insurance to protect yourself against unforseen cancellation.

Parking: There is parking within the building where you can put your car. Parking costs 6 euros per 24 hours. The traffic is restricted in the Albaicín. So, at certain times of the day, it may not be possible to drive to the apartments. We supply you with full instructions so that if the barrier prevents you from entering you will be able to park in a public parking space until the barrier is open. Public parking is not free. See times when access is restricted.

Wheelchairs and disabled:
Olivo is a wheelchair friendly apartment but note that the apartments are on a hill. So access may be a problem unless you have a powered wheelchair with good brakes.

Number of people: There are 3 types of apartment: with 1 double or twin bedroom; with 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom; and also with 2 twin bedrooms.

High and mid seasons: All dates are mid season except for national and local holidays which are high season.

Length of stay: Stays of more than 6 nights have a discount (not counting the days of the stay within the high season).

Choosing an apartment: After a lot of experience we have decided not to allow you to choose a particular apartment. We will put you in the best possible apartment according to the amount of people and your individual requirements; for example honeymoon couples are best in Naranjo. Olivo is designed for wheelchair access.

Note: This price system below is new and is complicated. It is possible that there is an error which we have not discovered yet. If we discover the error before you pay the deposit we reserve the right to correct the error by asking your permission. If we take the deposit and afterwards discover an error we will abide by the price agreed.

Note: The latest arrival time is 8pm so you cannot stay here if you are on the late flight from Stanstead.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel 10 days before your arrival date, there is no charge. If you cancel 5-9 days before your arrival date, you will be charged 1 night. If you cancel 0-4 days before your arrival date, you will be charged the full price of your reservation.
