The map above shows the Albaicín. The arrow marks the position of the apartment. This is the old Arabic area of Granada famous for its white houses, cobbled streets, geranium-filled balconies and general beauty. The house is in Plaza San Miguel Bajo. There are many outdoor restaurants in San Miguel Bajo click here to see a guide. The Albaicín was chosen by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The more modern part of Granada starts to the left of the Gran Vía. There is a minibus service which circles the area every 15 minutes, so it is very easy to get to the centre or to any part of this area.

It is necessary to pay a downpayment of 25% of the total amount in order to book the apartments.

When you arrive it is necessary to pay a key deposit of 90€ to cover breakages, damage etc. This will be returned to you when you hand over the keys on leaving.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded (with the deduction of 30 euros for cancellation charges). If the reservation is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Sheets and towels are provided. If you need anything during your stay we will be happy to assist you.

The official arrival time is after 14.00. The offical departure time is before 12.00 (midday).

Pets are not allowed.

Parking: The apartment has a parking space for 1 car about 200 metres from the house. If you want parking click the little box in the form below. When you choose parking we will supply you with exact instructions about how to arrive by car. We only guarantee that the parking is available if you reserve it by clicking the little box.

Arrival: We will send you full arrival instructions (telephone numbers, how to get to the best car park, etc.) in the booking confirmation email.

It is necesary to pick up the keys from a hotel reception about 200 metres from the house. You can arrive at any time after 14.00 and there is no problem if you arrive late because the hotel is always open. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage in a safe place.

You can consider the hotel reception to be the reception of the house and they will be willing to attend to you at any time as if you were a guest at the hotel. If you have a laptop you can use the free wif-fi internet conection.
