Traditional Tapas bar in the centre of Granada
Calle Darro, (Gran Via de Colon)
2 - 4pm and from 8pm - late
The Bodegas Espadafor is a traditional Granadine bar that opened in 1910.
It has an impressive mural and feria posters on the wall (see photo above.)
There is an intriguing sign saying "Prohibido el cante" (No singing).
There many barrels are filled with many types of wine especially diferent type of sherry. There are very dry wines such as Fino or very sweet wines such as Moscatel.

|Really traditional feeling bar with nice staff and great tapas. The decoration is what I (as an English person!) would think was perfectly Spanish i.e. barrels, murals, bull fighting posters and so on. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the tapas were great.||
