Please note: A
friend who has stayed at this hotel on our recommendation says that
the photos
of the rooms on this page were slightly better than the room that he
actually stayed in.
However, he liked the hotel, the staff were very friendly and he had
no complaints.

The rooms have: modern bathrooms, direct-dial telephone, television with a complete range of European channels to choose from. There is in-room radio, mini-bar, air-conditioning, safety-deposit boxes, room service, laundry service, TV room, video programming and parking facilities. The Hotel Reina Cristina is located in the house which belonged to the Rosales family, where Federico García Lorca spent his last days. The present owners of the hotel have made a great effort to preserve the characteristics of the building which date back to the time when the Rosales family lived here. In fact the door which the rebel forces
burst through in order to arrest Garcia Lorca on August 16th 1936 has
been preserved and remains intact. Just around the corner is the Restaurant Sevilla which was one of Garcia Lorca's favourite haunts.

The hotel has its own restaurant
with a wide range of both traditional and international dishes. There
is also a bar and a coffee shop.
