Location: The apartment is in the Calle Molinos in the Realejos which is in the old part of the city. Many centuries ago it was the Jewish area. In the photo on the right you can see the Campo de Principe (square) and most of the Realejo. The apartment is in a street behind the camera. The centre of the city is about 8 minutes on foot and there is easy access to both the new and the old parts of the city. It is very near to the Centro de Lenguas Modernas (CLM) Spanish school. There is access by taxi and the area is not hilly. The apartment is surrounded by small shops, bars and restaurants and there are several pleasant plazas very near. You can see the area on the left of the photo from the kitchen.

Lounge: There is a comfortable sofa, glass topped table and television. It is simply but tastefully decorated. All rooms have electric heaters and the electricity is included in the price. There is an air-conditioning unit in the lounge.

Kitchen: There is a modern fitted kitchen. The facilities include:- 4 gas rings, a gas oven, double sink, air extractor, table, two layer fridge with freezer at the bottom, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. Cleaning equipment in a cupboard such as mop, bucket etc. There is also a washing machine and an iron.

The Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and one with a double bed and "en suite" bathroom. There is ample wardrobe and storage space. All the fitted furniture and doors are made of wood with a natural finish. Sheets and blankets are provided.

The terrace: It is about 16m2. It opens out from the lounge with French windows. There are two tables, some chairs and a large sunshade. It is a pleasant place to eat when the weather is good which is most days. From the end you can see onto the street below and you can see the tiled rooftops of the older houses.

Bathroom: There are two modern bathrooms with tiled floors and walls. One of them is "en suite" and leads of from the double bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower a sink and a toilet. One of them has a bidet.
