If you would like to live in a three-storey family home with a qualified Spanish teacher (University of Sevilla), then come to ...
ROSA'S B&B
HOMESTAY:
The rooms are all exterior, spacious, and with plenty of light.
The house is situated in the peace and quiet of a residential area, on the edge of the city centre. MAP
In our house, we want you to feel as at home as you do in your own. Feel free to use the living room to relax, read a magazine, watch TV or a DVD whenever you feel like it.
We have a computer available to our guests as well as free ADSL access (wi fi) to the Internet in all rooms.
If you are learning Spanish, you can practice with your hostess and take lessons with her, or with Laura, a qualified Spanish teacher. Recommendations.
Within a five-minute walk from our house you will find the best sports facilities in Granada: indoor swimming pool, tennis courts; the Palacio de Deportes and municipal football stadium; a choice of excellent gyms...
There are single and double rooms, with a bathroom on each floor. (The single room on the first floor has its own private bathroom.)
The house has central heating throughout. There is air conditioning in the living room. The two downstairs rooms on the patio receive no direct sunlight and so are quite cool in summer. (Fans are provided in heat waves!)
Rooms are cleaned and bedclothes are changed once a week.
The washing machine can be used free of charge by long-stay guests.
Guests have their own key and can come and go as they please.
You can receive telephone calls, but the house phone cannot be used to make calls. Remember, we do provide 24-hour free ADSL Internet access.
The house has three floors, is new, comfortable, and has plenty of light. It is cleaned daily.
Rent is to be paid on arrival and then monthly in advance.
The house is situated in el Zaidín, a residential neighbourhood in the southeast of the city close to shopping centre Carrefour, the Palacio de Deportes, and the Campus de la Salud. MAP
The Congress Centre in the city centre is a twelve-minute walk. There are bus connexions to all parts of the city (line 4, 5 & 8). The nº 8 gets you to the city centre (Puerta Real) in a matter of ten - fifteen minutes.
