This vacation rental

The vacation rental apartment
can sleep up
to four people. There is a bedroom for two people and a sofa bed
for
two more.
Minimum length of stay:
1-2 people: minimum stay is 5 nights
3 people: minimum stay is 4 nights
4 people: minimum stay is 3 nights

Kitchen with fridge,
cooking utensils, eating utensils such as plates and knives and forks,
electric hob, storage space, cleaning implements and dining table.
Bathroom with
WC, wash basin, and a fully enclosed shower unit.
Lounge with traditional
stone tiled floor, sofabed, TV, pleasant views of the valley.
Patio opens out from the lounge. You can sunbathe and there is

BOOKING:
To make a reservation, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price in advance. This deposit is non-refundable.
PARKING:
Access to the area is restricted and non-residents can only enter before 11:00 and between 14:00 and 20:00. You can leave at any time.
We advise you park in an underground, public car park which can easily be accessed from the ring road and catch a taxi to the house. A weekly pass (bono semanal) costs 35€.
There is also a private car park 400m from the house which costs 6€/24 hours. It is necessary to organise this in advance. Please mark the box on the form if you require parking and we will let you know if it is possible. It is necessary to pay for the parking in cash in full on arrival.
IMPORTANT: To use this car park, you must enter the area between 14:00 and 20:00. Outside these times, you will not be able to enter the area and you will have to park somewhere else.
ARRIVAL:
We will send you instructions how to get to the house and to the car parks in the booking confirmation email.
ACCESS:
There is a frequent bus service operating beween the centre of Granada and Sacromonte and it takes 15/20 minutes to walk down to Plaza Nueva (the centre of Granada). It is not possible to get to the house in a wheelchair nor is it suitable for people with reduced mobility of serious health problems.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
The official arrival time for the vacation rental is after 16.00
and the official leaving time is
before 12.00 (midday). This allows 4 hours for cleaning if the
house is occupied
on the night before your arrival. It is possible to arrive earlier
than 16.00 but we cannot guarantee that the cleaning will be finished
until 16.00.
BABIES:
Baby equipment (high chair, travel
cot with blankets sheets etc, moses basket, potty) is available at a cost of 6€/day. This charge is not calculated in the price
calculator below.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
