1 bedroom:
1 double bed 150cm x 190cm. Bedside table,
wardrobe.
Kitchen:
Fridge, microwave, 3 gas rings, cooking utensils, cutlery, cleaning
equipment, iron and ironing board, teapot, coffee-maker, washing machine,
clothes drier, etc.
Lounge/dining
room:
Sofa bed 135cm x 180cm, coffee table,
attractive dining table with 6 wooden chairs, satellite TV (astra
+ Hotbird), music system. Excellent views of the Alhambra, air conditioning.
Bathroom:
Washbasin, WC, bath, mirror, hairdrier.
Terraza:
There is a small terrace at the top of the house with a very good
view.
LOCATION:
This house is in a pedestrian street in the Albaicín. It
is a 2 minutes walk to Plaza
Nueva (the centre of Granada).

PARKING:
IMPORTANT:
You have to climb steps to get to the house so it may not be a
good idea for people who need to use a pushchair for children or for
people with walking difficulties.

CONDITIONS:
To book the house, you must pay a down payment of one third in
advance. You must pay the rest on arrival. You are also asked to
pay
on arrival a damages deposit of 150€ which will be refunded
when you leave the apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival
date, the deposit paid will be refunded (with the deduction of 30
euros for cancellation charges). If the reservation is cancelled
between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit
paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than
15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
ARRIVAL:
We will send you full arrival instructions for the house (telephone numbers,
how to get to the best car park, etc.) in the booking confirmation
email.
Official arrival time: 16:00 - 21:00
Official departure time: before 12:00 (midday)
