An aparthotel in the
centre of Granada.
All of
the apartments have different characteristics.
By using the form at the bottom of this page you can choose exactly
which one you want.
The 9 apartments are in a 3- storey
building which has been totally refurbished. The building has existed
for over 300 years. Many of the original wooden beams are architectural
features and have been preserved. Some of the rooms have views
of the Alhambra.

Location:
400m from Plaza
Nueva (the very
centre of Granada), the cathedral, plaza Bib Rambla, etc. It takes
about 10 minutes to
the entrance of the Alhambra on foot. Paseo
de los Tristes is about
300 metres away.
Facilities:
Each apartment has:
Lounge/Kitchen:
2 electric hobs, sink,
extractor, fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils, crockery,
knives and forks.
Bathroom:
Bathroom
with WC, shower, wash basin. Hot water. Some of the apartments
have 2 bathrooms.
Courtyard:
There is an interior courtyard
which is typical of the old Arabic buildings in this area.
Heating:
There is an underfloor central heating
system. You will never be cold no matter what the weather.
Parking:
The aparthotel does not have its own parking.
There is a public underground car park about 1km away and the price
is 30 euros per week. There
are nearer parking places but the price is 32 euros per day.
Conditions:
A damages deposit will be taken on arrival to cover any repairs,
breakages or cleaning necessary to return the apartment to its
original state as at the beginning of the stay.
Sheets and towels will be changed after 7 days for longer stays.
A cleaning and laundry service is available for a fee on request.
