This is what Ian Gibson author of Lorca's Granada wrote about Paseo de los Tristes. " The Paseo de los Tristes is one of Granada's magical places in which to sit quietly with a drink and take in the scene. On summer evenings its terraces are crowded, and when the moon comes up behind the moorish palaces the effect is so hypnotic that a hush falls on locals and tourists alike. There is nothing to equal it in Spain - except, that is, moonlight playing on the patios and pools of the Alhambra itself."
