These are modern, clean and comfortable apartments suitable for a maximum of 4 people with central heating. They also have a pleasant shared terrace at the top of the block, with a place to sit with views of the Alhambra.

Location:

The location is one of the best features of these apartments. They are about 5 minutes walk from Plaza Nueva whiech is considered to be the centre of Granada and just around the corner is the Paseo de los Tristes which is a large area of open air terraces in front of the Alhambra. There is also a bus which passes every 15 minutes which will take you to other parts of Granada. See info here

Parking: There is no parking space, but you can park in a public underground car park about 10 minutes walk away.

Prices:

Minimum stay 2 nights

To make a booking, you must make a downpayment of 25% of the total price in advance.
The remainder is paid on arrival.

The price system is complex. Please use the form below and all prices will be automatically calculated.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded (with the deduction of 6 euros for cancellation charges). If the reservation is cancelled between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

A damages deposit will be taken on arrival to cover any repairs, breakages or cleaning necessary to return the apartment to its original state as at the beginning of the stay.

Sheets and towels will be changed after 7 days for longer stays.

A cleaning and laundry service is available for a fee on request.

Check in time: after 14.00.
Check out time: before 12.00 (midday).
