in each apartment, and have underfloor electric heating.

The location is one of
the best features of these apartments. They are about 5 minutes
walk from Plaza Nueva (the centre of Granada). Just around the
corner is the Paseo de los Tristes: a large area of open air terraces

Every 15 minutes the
Albaicín

Each apartment has:
1 double bedroom: double
bed (2 people)
1 twin bedroom: 2
single beds (2 people)
In the lounge: 2
extra beds or sofa bed (2 people)

Lounge/dining room: dining
table and chairs, TV, sofa, baby´s cot
Bathroom: washbasin,
bath with shower
Parking: There
is no parking space but you can park in a public underground car
park about 900 metres away. The price is 25 euros per week.

To book you have to
pay 30% of the total price in advance. You will have
to pay the rest on arrival.

There is no refund of
the deposit if you cancel.
If you have to cancel
for reasons covered by your travel insurance we will provide you
with proof of payment so that you can make a claim.
You have to pay the full
amount on arrival.
On arrival the owners
will take a breakages/damage deposit of 25% in cash and you will
be given a receipt. This will be returned on leaving.

pm.
Check out time: before 12 noon.
